ABRAHAM MART\u00cdNEZ B. A.C.\u201d, QUIEN UTILIZA EL NOMBRE COMERCIAL DE \u201cCOLEGIO CALIFORNIA\u201d,POR CONDUCTO DE SU REPRESENTANTE LEGAL, LA C. ANTONIA SAUCEDO L\u00d3PEZ A QUIEN EN LO SUCESIVO SE LE DENOMINAR\u00c1 EL \u201cPROVEEDOR DE SERVICIOS EDUCATIVOS\u201d, Y POR LA OTRA ____________________________________________________ QUIEN REPRESENTA AMBOS PADRES, A QUIEN EN LO SUSECIVO SE LE DENOMINAR\u00c1 LOS CONTRATANTES. AL TENOR DEL SIGUIENTE GLOSARIO, AS\u00cd COMO DE LAS DECLARACIONES Y CL\u00c1USULAS:<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">GLOSARIO.- Para los efectos de este Contrato, se entiende por:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">A) Alumno: La persona f\u00edsica que recibe del proveedor el servicio educativo a cambio de un precio cierto y determinado. Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 ser llamado, \u201cEl Menor\u201d.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">B) Anexo: Son los documentos que debe de recibir Los Contratantes por parte del Proveedor que fungen como apoyo de obligaciones del presente contrato.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">C) Los Contratantes: Persona f\u00edsica que paga un precio cierto y determinado por el servicio educativo otorgado por el Proveedor.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">D) Padre(s): Persona que por raz\u00f3n de parentesco consangu\u00edneo ejerce la patria potestad sobre el Alumno.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">E) Plantel: Es el sitio en el cual el Proveedor prestar\u00e1 el Servicio Educativo al alumno.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">F) Proveedor de servicios educativos: La persona f\u00edsica o moral que ofrece el servicio educativo mediante el cobro de un precio cierto y determinado.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">G) Reglamento escolar: Documento que establece y especifica las reglas y comportamiento que el alumno se obliga a cumplir en las instalaciones del plantel.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">H) Servicio Educativo: Es el servicio de ense\u00f1anza que, conforme a los planes de estudio el proveedor se obliga a prestar al alumno, correspondiente al a\u00f1o lectivo, nivel y turno estipulados en el presente Contrato.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">I) Tutor: Para efectos del presente Contrato se entender\u00e1 como tal, a la persona f\u00edsica designada por autoridad competente como representante legal del Alumno.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Da clic en el siguiente enlace para consultar documento completo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/colegcalifornia.edu.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/CONTRATO-DE-PRESTACION-DE-SERVICIOS-EDUCATIVOS-COLEGIO-CALIFORNIA-definitivo.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CONTRATO DE PRESTACI\u00d3N DE SERVICIOS EDUCATIVOS COLEGIO CALIFORNIA definitivo<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CONTRATO DE PRESTACI\u00d3N DE SERVICIOS EDUCATIVOS CONTRATO DE PRESTACI\u00d3N DE SERVICIOS EDUCATIVOS QUE CELEBRAN POR UNA PARTE \u201cJ.
